When filming people who work in high pressured corporate jobs is very important to make sure the process is smooth. I double and triple check my equipment. I plan the shoot out, and use a teleprompter if a specific script needs to be adopted.
As well as being an experienced interviewer who has learnt how to bring the best out of people even if they are feeling shy or uncomfortable.
